△總平面圖

項(xiàng)目所在地,位于未來(lái)10年麓湖商業(yè)板塊的核心區(qū),場(chǎng)地對(duì)面兩側(cè)分別為A7、A3兩大商業(yè)空間,與熱門(mén)非標(biāo)商業(yè)CPI僅一橋之隔。設(shè)計(jì)之初,預(yù)見(jiàn)了未來(lái)該區(qū)域即將激增的人車(chē)流量,意在緩解后續(xù)場(chǎng)地?fù)頂D無(wú)綠地空間的問(wèn)題。

整個(gè)“麓湖社區(qū)”,是成都市公園城市先行重點(diǎn)社區(qū)(成都市第二批近零碳試點(diǎn)社區(qū)),除承載公共交通系統(tǒng)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施改善交通便利性之外,公園與城市空間的有機(jī)滲透與融合,將是我們對(duì)于這個(gè)小小場(chǎng)地賦予更多的可能性的開(kāi)始。我們帶著探索城市公園低碳運(yùn)維的維度對(duì)場(chǎng)地形進(jìn)行了思考——城市綠地如何成為城市多功能綠色公共空間?

在怠速情況下,車(chē)內(nèi)一氧化碳濃度迅速上升。當(dāng)車(chē)速為0km/h時(shí),一氧化碳濃度在20分鐘左右開(kāi)始超過(guò)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限值(50ppm),并且隨著時(shí)間的推移濃度不斷升高。當(dāng)車(chē)速為10km/h時(shí),一氧化碳濃度在約30分鐘左右開(kāi)始超標(biāo)。而當(dāng)車(chē)速為20km/h時(shí),一氧化碳濃度在約40分鐘左右開(kāi)始超標(biāo)。

The project is located in the core area of Luhu commercial plate in the next 10 years. There are two commercial Spaces on the opposite sides of the site, A7 and A3, which are only one bridge away from the popular non-standard commercial CPI. At the beginning of the design, it anticipated the future surge of people and vehicles in the area, and was intended to alleviate the problem of crowded and no green space in the future.
The whole "Luhu Community" is the first key community of Chengdu Park City (the second batch of near zero carbon pilot communities in Chengdu). In addition to carrying public transportation system and infrastructure to improve transportation convenience, the organic penetration and integration of park and urban space will be the beginning of giving more possibilities to this small site. With the dimension of exploring low-carbon operation and maintenance of urban parks, we think about the field topography -- how can urban green space become a multi-functional green public space?

Park這個(gè)單詞,就承載了場(chǎng)域的一切可能。

麓湖作為公園城市的示范區(qū)社區(qū)一直在堅(jiān)持對(duì)“生態(tài)、可持續(xù)、環(huán)?!崩砟钌系膶?shí)踐與探索,擁有多個(gè)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的主題“生態(tài)實(shí)踐”,我們也想在此完成一次人工與自然的迭代試驗(yàn)——‌低影響開(kāi)發(fā)LID(Low-Impact Development)的可循環(huán)的生態(tài)空間。

LID在海綿城市中的技術(shù)體現(xiàn):
‌雨水花園‌:通過(guò)種植植物和設(shè)置蓄水設(shè)施,收集和儲(chǔ)存雨水,用于景觀灌溉或地下水補(bǔ)給。
‌生態(tài)滯留草溝‌:利用草溝收集和過(guò)濾雨水,降低洪峰流量。
‌綠色街道‌:使用透水鋪裝材料,增加滲水能力,減少?gòu)搅鳌?br /> ‌可滲透路面‌:采用特殊材料鋪設(shè)路面,增加雨水下滲。
‌生態(tài)屋頂‌:通過(guò)綠色屋頂收集雨水,減少屋頂徑流。
‌雨水再生系統(tǒng)‌:收集、處理和再利用雨水,用于灌溉或其他。

The word Park carries all the possibilities of the field. park is a park and a parking lot.
As a demonstration area community of Park City, Luhu has been adhering to the practice and exploration of the concept of "ecology, sustainability and environmental protection", and has several relatively independent themes of "ecological practice". We also want to complete an iterative experiment of artificial and nature here -- ‌ LID (Low-Impact Development) recyclable ecological parking lot.

整體設(shè)計(jì)理念

OVERALL DESIGN CONCEPT

從項(xiàng)目之初到呈現(xiàn),我們根據(jù)麓湖整體的規(guī)劃和定位,保證周邊環(huán)境不被破壞且不影響停車(chē)噪音對(duì)北側(cè)居民的影響。我們的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)也包括:

1)滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)對(duì)未來(lái)場(chǎng)地的使用需求;
2)北側(cè)現(xiàn)狀原生樹(shù)進(jìn)行保留,并注意通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)減少汽車(chē)噪音、尾氣對(duì)北側(cè)居民的影響;
3)對(duì)于植物的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行多元嘗試,作為未來(lái)A7項(xiàng)目的樣板實(shí)驗(yàn)場(chǎng)地;
4)滿(mǎn)足公園城市下的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,將生態(tài)可持續(xù)的理念融于場(chǎng)地內(nèi)。

1) To meet customers' needs for future site use;
2) The existing native trees on the north side should be retained, and attention should be paid to reducing the impact of vehicle noise and exhaust on the residents on the north side through design;
3) Make multiple attempts on the design of plants as a sample test site for the future A7 project;
4) Meet the design specifications under the Park City and integrate the concept of ecological sustainability into the site.

設(shè)置車(chē)行、人行出入口,人車(chē)分流。車(chē)行進(jìn)過(guò)程中,局部擴(kuò)大道路寬度,方便停車(chē)與錯(cuò)車(chē)??紤]后續(xù)規(guī)劃該區(qū)域?yàn)槁春鷳B(tài)城Mini bus接駁點(diǎn)之一,入口處用輕盈的板桁架,代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)停車(chē)入口的安保亭,便于管控的同時(shí),也兼具后續(xù)整體景區(qū)使用。

Set up car, pedestrian entrance, people and vehicles. In the process of driving, the road width is partially enlarged to facilitate parking and wrong vehicles. This area is considered to be one of the Mini bus connection points of Luhu Eco-City in the future planning. Light plate truss is used at the entrance to replace the security pavilion at the traditional parking entrance, which is convenient for management and control, and can also be used in the overall scenic area in the future.

靠近居住區(qū)一側(cè)保留場(chǎng)地原生樹(shù)種的同時(shí),并將綠化帶厚度設(shè)置到11米,最大限度降低污染和噪音。

植物運(yùn)用在四川鄉(xiāng)野常見(jiàn)但鮮用的植物椿樹(shù),喬灌木搭建豎向空間,利用形成生態(tài)可續(xù)的「小島綠肺」?;谥参锏墓夂献饔?,場(chǎng)地內(nèi)一天能產(chǎn)生3850千克氧氣,汽車(chē)碳排放一天為179.8千克。創(chuàng)造生態(tài)小氣候,降低汽車(chē)尾氣排放濃度,改善周?chē)h(huán)境。

While retaining the native tree species on the site near the residential area, the thickness of the green belt is set to 11 meters to minimize pollution and noise.
Plants use the common but rarely used plant toon trees and shrubs in Sichuan countryside to build vertical space and form an ecologically sustainable "island green lung". Based on plant photosynthesis, the site can produce 3,850 kilograms of oxygen a day, and the car's carbon emissions are 179.8 kilograms a day. Create ecological microclimate, reduce the concentration of automobile exhaust emissions, improve the surrounding environment.

項(xiàng)目面積5220平方米,綠化面積為3080平方米,基于樹(shù)的光合作用速率,每平方米樹(shù)每天可以釋放氧氣1.25千克 ,可以吸收二氧化碳1.6千克。

故場(chǎng)地內(nèi)一天可以產(chǎn)生氧氣總量為:3080平方米*1.25千克=3850千克

利用植物模糊邊界,將規(guī)范融于場(chǎng)地。道路兩側(cè)設(shè)置300mm-500mm不等礫石帶,讓雨水回流綠地,調(diào)節(jié)地面溫度的同時(shí)達(dá)到綠化灌溉。暴雨時(shí),路面多余的水溢出,流入到達(dá)排水的目的。

Using plants to blur the boundary, the norms are integrated into the site. Gravel belts ranging from 300mm-500mm are set on both sides of the road to allow rainwater to return to the green space, adjust the ground temperature and achieve green irrigation. During the rainstorm, the excess water on the road overflows and flows into the water for the purpose of drainage.

植物特征——模擬雨林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的多層狀結(jié)構(gòu)
結(jié)構(gòu)分成:突出層(9m以上);樹(shù)冠層(2-6m);地被層(0-2m)

結(jié)構(gòu)分成:藍(lán)花楹、欒樹(shù)、鄉(xiāng)土植物椿樹(shù),呈高聳傘狀,構(gòu)建高度在9m以上的突出層,多層葉片疊加吸收80%以上并反射10%以上的可見(jiàn)光輻射,通過(guò)光合作用,起到第一層攔截作用,對(duì)遮陰起到明顯的效果;熱帶屬性的楊梅、芭蕉、狐尾椰子、銀葉金合歡等,構(gòu)建高 度在2~6m的樹(shù)冠層,郁閉的樹(shù)冠橫向生長(zhǎng),吸收陽(yáng)光和雨水,葉面交錯(cuò)的孔隙讓空氣過(guò)濾與滲透,讓熱量在流動(dòng)中消減;地被層被選用綠色系闊葉類(lèi)植物天堂鳥(niǎo)、圓葉軸櫚、矮蒲葵、象耳芋、龜背竹、仙茅、花葉良姜、小天使春羽、黑魔法竹芋、綿毛水蘇等,除屏蔽紫外輻射效果更佳外,葉面積指數(shù)(指單位土地面積上植物葉片總面積占土地面積的倍數(shù))≥3,豐富的葉片質(zhì)感和肌理、高覆蓋度的下木增強(qiáng)了對(duì)小環(huán)境的增散作用,形成局部“綠洲效應(yīng)”。

The multi-layer leaves superimposed absorb more than 80% and reflect more than 10% of the visible light radiation, and play the first layer interception effect through photosynthesis, which plays an obvious effect on shade. △實(shí)景呈現(xiàn)


寄生吸互:附生植物鹿角蕨、腎蕨、鳥(niǎo)巢蕨、石斛,形成稠密的立體綠網(wǎng),從視覺(jué)和體感上,將“制冷”和“加濕”在場(chǎng)地中加強(qiáng)。

場(chǎng)地內(nèi)的植物,經(jīng)過(guò)5個(gè)月的自然生長(zhǎng),在物種優(yōu)勝劣汰中,完成了自給自足的裂變,在沒(méi)有過(guò)度干預(yù)的前提下,形成了完整的生態(tài)鏈條。

Parasitic absorption: Epiphytes staghorn fern, kidney fern, bird's nest fern, Dendrobium, form a dense three-dimensional green web, visually and physically, to strengthen the "cooling" and "humidification" in the site.
The plants in the site, after 5 months of natural growth, completed the self-sufficient fission in the survival of the fittest species, and formed a complete ecological chain without excessive intervention.

從固有的場(chǎng)域的思維中跳脫,從環(huán)境思考維度來(lái)重新組織高頻使用的公共日常空間,弱化場(chǎng)地的功能畫(huà)面,用植物轉(zhuǎn)換場(chǎng)地的標(biāo)簽性,讓人在日常中體驗(yàn)自然。

It breaks the stereotyped cognition of traditional parking lots, escapes from the inherent thinking of the field, reorganizes the frequently used public daily space from the dimension of environmental thinking, weakens the functional attributes of the site, converts the label of the site with plants, and allows people to experience nature in daily life.
